1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Costs Shipping costs vary based on the delivery location and will be calculated at checkout. We offer competitive rates and ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.

3. Shipping Time Shipping time varies by location but usually takes 4-7 weeks since we ship it straight from the manufacturer to ensure the machine is brand new a calibrated perfectly. We will provide tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delays may occur due to customs processing, local carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Carriers We use reliable international carriers for shipping, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier used for your order will be determined based on the destination and shipping method selected.

5. Tracking Information Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email. You will always be in contact with our logistics team for real-time updates on your shipment. We will keep you informed about the status of your delivery and provide estimated arrival times.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at otaruworks@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, unclaimed package, or refusal to pay customs fees, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Refunds will not be issued for shipping fees.
